Endorphins...

"Exercise gives you endorphins.
Endorphins make you happy.
Happy people just don't shoot their husbands,
they just don't."
-Elle Woods - Legally Blonde-

Gosh,
I love that movie.

I've been exercising quite a bit lately.
(Training for a 1/2 marathon does that to you...)
It's definitely a stress reliever.
Releasing endorphins.
Making me feel good.

But, do you want to know
what else releases endorphins?
...
......
...
......
...
CHOCOLATE.
I've fallen in love with dark chocolate,
to be exact.

And guess what?!
In a non-over-indulgence way,
it's healthy for you.

SCORE!

What are the health benefits of dark chocolate?
Just the best news that chocolate lovers could hope to hear
(short of a way to remove all the calories without altering the taste)!
Now you don't have to feel bad because it tastes
s-o-o-o-o good, anymore.
You can point to scientific studies that show it...
  • improves your mood (does it ever!)
  • increases circulation
  • fights aging
  • soothes a cough
  • can reduce cholesterol
  • boosts your brain power
  • and more
Sound too good to be true?
It isn't.
These benefits are real, accessible,
and a great reason (excuse) to eat dark chocolate.

One Hershey's Dark Chocolate Kiss, please!
Ok, maybe two.
Because, hi, remember me?
I've been pretty stressed and could use the endorphins.
Thanks :)
