Ok, I'm admitting it.
I am obsessed with Scotty McCreery
on American Idol.
My roommate, Paige, and I already decided
that we're going to go to one of his concerts.
Regardless or not whether he becomes the
'American Idol,' this kid is going to get a record deal.
And let me tell you...I can't wait :).
Also, I was looking at his info page on the
American Idol website, and I found out we have the
same favorite scripture. Fate? I think, yes. :)
Hahaha, just kidding.
Sorta.
Haha, well, I'm glad I got that off my chest.
Now you know that I am officially an addict.
But, come on, how can you not love this?
Oh, he's just so darn cute!
Ok, anyways...aside from my obsession with Scotty,
I have to share with you some funny things
that have happened this week.
First of all, Monday night we went to a little league
baseball game for FHE.
A couple of my FHE brothers coach a
little league team and it is just so darling.
Anyways, after playing volleyball and football for a bit
with the other boys in my FHE group,
I went back to the bleachers to watch the game.
Oh, I got into it.
I found out the pitcher's name (Tyson)
and started cheering for him.
That kid had an arm!
Anyways, my roommates were next to me
and they just started laughing at me.
Kim looked at me and said,
"I can see you being one of those crazy
moms that yell at the ump or the ref during the game."
Haha, yup. I could see that.
I swear he yells at the umps every game.
I wouldn't be this crazy.
Then she looked over again and said,
"Or I could see you as the coach...
and your husband in the stands."
Ok, this I can't see as much.
My husband and I can be coaches together.
Or else I will just be a rockin' soccer mom.
:)
Ok, so far my husband should have two qualities:
1) Able to sing (I might be lenient on this one :) haha)
2) Athletic (this one, not so lenient...haha)
Now watch - I just said this, and now I'm going to marry
some tone-deaf sports hater.
Crossing my fingers that doesn't happen :)
Speaking of soccer, we had an intramural soccer game
last night. And guess what?! I wasn't that bad!
I even got an assist.
Haha, wooot! Go me!
Anyways...that's my post for today.
Scotty...
Little league...
Soccer...
Haha, I'm so random sometimes.
But, that's fine :)
